Management not the friendliest; a lot of uncalled for attitude and placing blame. Management roles are held by teens/college students who work extremely hard, but need more management development…. it’s more than a title. Employees call out all the time and it’s ok. Operations are disorganized and could flow better- never seen anything like it. If you work in fitting rooms be prepared to be working by yourself during the busiest times of the year, and ridiculed later for things beyond your control. The usage of the walkie-talkies are a little obsessive in my opinion. It’s hard to do what they want you to do, which is sell/interact with customers when you hear talking in your ear at the same time or having to constantly use it to keep the team aware of what’s going on.
