but I just feel like it’s so stressful for the pay I receive. And this is after my promotion and raise. I still feel lowballed and taken advantage of. It’s always understaffed because nobody wants to work for such low pay. We are expected to meet sometimes ridiculous sales goals and get a certain amount of emails and keep loss at a minimum and we do our own visuals and scheduling and payroll and train and hire and when you’re understaffed the management also has to run fitting rooms and cashier. All in little heels because god forbid we wear sneakers and look l a z y.

There is never any coverage , manager also makes you do everything while they stay in the back. If the store is messy good luck because you the stylist will have to clean it by yourself. You also don’t get a break and the company refuses to hire people so you get penalized for calling in sick . Please do not work here. Company has unrealistic goals as well as policies .
