Pros

Free drinks and food from vendors.

Cons

Poor training. Very micromanaged. Employee training me was very negative in general and jumped around a lot. Spoke poorly of other team members in front of me within the first week. This person was also promoted to a management level. That was a red flag. To note they also continually monitored that team members performance and called them out to management. trainer also had Low patience. Snapped at me for asking questions. Replied with "you're not getting it, or do we need to review again" I spoke to my boss less than two times after my start date. I had no idea who my fellow team members were. Not a friendly or professional environment. A lot of cussing, inappropriate music. This is a company that does not invest in people.

Pros

You do get a pretty good discount on some cute clothes.

Cons

Dress code is insane, made my 6-months pregnant coworker wear heels despite her turning in a doctors note and threatened to fire her if she pursued further action. Workload is horrible, they never staff enough people and you never have a moment to rest. I was lucky if I got my legally required break each shift. Managers just sit around at register or in the back room. Associates aren’t allowed to have their phones on them, but managers are. I understand no phone usage on the sales floor, but then there shouldn’t be exceptions for managers. Pay wasn’t worth it, especially for the profit the company makes off of their low quality clothes. Also could NOT get ahold of the company when they didn’t send me a W-2 for taxes and had to peruse legal action to get it.
