I had worked for Windsor in the NC location for less than 6 months and I didn’t enjoy being there at all. It was something wrong every time i went to work whether it was someone calling out or not doing their job. I feel like since the new management has came and took over it’s been a mess. This might be a great first job for a high schoolers.

The Work environment is fast paced and fun. It is a fast growing workplace so they’re a tons of room for growth in the company. If your interested in fashion and design this is a good place to start.

Cons

Because it’s so fast paced everything changes a lot. Policies come and go. Directives change monthly. Not much consistency.
