Low pay. No annual raises! They expect you to survive with $12/ hr. Coworkers talk about each other instead of uplifting each other. When you ask assistant manager for help with calls, she rolls her eyes and huff and puffs like it's not her job to help. There is only one lead who comes through when you need help. The other loves drama and doesn't know what she is doing 100% of the time. It is very SLOW in the CSR dept. No one pays attention to the CSR dept. Everyone else in the building gets fed by the company except CSRs. Constantly Haiphong to fight for what's right and fight for better pay. We are probably the lowest paid dept int he whole building. If you have the opportunity to work for Windsor as a CSR, don't do it. You have more anger and anxiety being in this dept than anything else. They will not tick up for you even if a customer is cursing you out. As a matter of fact, they will agree with the customer even if the customer is in the wrong. There is no opportunity for growth in the customer service dept and there is pure FAVORTISM. I cannot emphasize how much favoritsim there is here. They are hypocrites and they show who they do and do not like.
