Great pay 40% off discount Helping make guests feel great Overall a beautiful store to be at everyday Seems to have lots of growth opportunities

Cons

The workload and expectations are too much which will leave you feeling mentally and physically worn down with no work/life balance. Not really allowed to schedule to actual needs of the store. Inventories are conducted in the middle of peak seasons which make prepping for impossible. -Shipments are sometimes too heavy, which you’ll have no space for new arrivals out and you’re left to just figure it out and make it somehow work. Not really a whole lot of support when it’s needed. The DM is very disconnected from reality, rude and condescending.

Cons

-If you want to be a Live Host for the experience/Clips, do it. However, for a short time only. -No Growth opportunities, you will be stunted here. -Windsor doesn’t offer raises or opportunities for increased pay - Expects full time work from part-time employees -Makes false promises -HR will do nothing about harassment, bullying, and you are not protected as an employee… at least in my experience -Toxic work environment -Big Gossip Culture -unprofessional behavior from upper management. They will fabricate lies about you and your work to fit an agenda. -you will not be recognized for your work -It will take an affect on your mental health. -Also, it’s a poor work environment. I used to do my makeup on the ground, in the dark and we didn’t have anywhere to put our stuff. -they will use you and get rid of you without warning. I can go on and on… but this place overall will take a toll on your mental health and will hold you back.
