      Pros

      I love working for the brand as it is so inspiring and very well ran by the executives. I also love how there is so much growth that can be obtained through hard work.

      Cons

      Operations are very heavy but if you are an organized leader and maintain a great staff you will have no problems with staying on task.

      I love my coworkers, but that's it.

      Cons

      Each store makes up its own rules. As stylists, they don't care about you at all Management is terrible. No pay raise at all; you will stay at minimum wage.
