When you join Windsor you are part of the family and they value their employees as people and not just a number. Great growth opportunities if you are patient, work hard and you can make your own path.

Cons

Like any business environment you have people that can be challenging but nothing out of the ordinary.

I love the enviroment of working with windsor, the employee discount is great also.

Cons

The business takes theft really serious which is expected but they have alot of annoying protocols for it.
