I Love Working at Wings Credit Union

Pros

Wings is a growing credit union where a good cultural fit is just as important as job skills. Even though Wings is growing, it is still small enough to retain a small-business feel that is so elusive in today's corporate world. I have even sat next to and chatted with our CEO in a meeting; he has a visible presence on the Wings campus. Wings has never had a layoff because its teams are appropriately sized. All employees - not merely executives - participate in a generous annual bonus program the likes of which I have seen nowhere else. Most importantly, everyone at Wings truly cares about its members and will do anything to help them. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Wings.

Cons

Wings is going through some growing pains. That said, I have gone through this with previous employers, and the experience at Wings is comparable.
