Having bank holidays off is great.

Cons

Most reviews praising Wings are from corporate. People at the corporate office have a lot of benefits and freedoms than people working at the branches. It is a very different environment.

Good benefits, okay incentives, nice executives

Cons

Terrible experience with branch managers so your work quality will depend which branch you end up in. Turnovers are terrible. Not treated exactly fairly. Turning into a big corporate. Turned into sales oriented institution. This place used to be splendid to work for. Many unhappy employees due to lack of support and understanding.
