Wings really takes care of their employees, I have had multiple jobs even though I am only 25 and Wings will always be my favorite. I can promise they care about you, and will also take care of you. Here at wings I believe we have a special type of community, we are not separated. No matter what position everyone is very welcomed. Wings has many benefits here at Wings, they took care of me during covid, and I will trust in them to take care of me if any other situation becasue they are truly great/

Cons

I do not have any cons here working at wings, they are awesome all the way around. I wish that we would have more work from home opportunities but who doesnt?

My first day on the job, I received warm welcomes from the entire leadership chain, from my immediate supervisor all the way to the CEO, thanking me for choosing Wings. Three years later, and I still feel as welcome and valued as ever. This organization actively seeks employee feedback, listens, and acts on it. I enjoy a flexible work environment, with a good blend of remote and in-office work.

Cons

Salary may not be as high as competitors, but overall compensation package is very good.
