New upper management in certain departments are changing the culture and show no interest in their employees growth and development. I was essentially re interviewed when the new VP took over and told I was not qualified, need to go back to school, and then let go for no reason besides stating that their moving in another direction as the new VP brought in employees from the job she left to replace the employees she felt were under qualified and this was not based on performance.
