Pros

Golden handcuffs -- the pay, annual bonus and 401K match are so good you'll never want to leave. The people in the trenches (Director and below) are incredible.

Cons

Could be better on DEI. C-suite is average.

The benefits aren't horrible and their PTO is generous.

Cons

Rapidly changing environment and unfortunately ELT team no longer seems to want what's best for employees or membership.
