The benefits are fantastic. And there are a lot of great people who really want to make a difference in the world.

Cons

Systems are failing. Leadership is inept. Total lack of vision, really just chasing after contracts to keep a bloated upper management suite well paid. It’s a sad scene. Proceed at your own risk.
