      good location & nice building

      Cons

      Unprofessional behavior is rampant. No policies about anything. Family run business so certain people are rude & aggressive but untouchable. The software they use is from 1997. Completely disorganized with no commitment to organizing it. 97% of the people there are rude.

      Pros

      Fast-paced recruitment, GREAT long list of clients having cornered the healthcare industry earlier than most agencies. If you have energy and LOVE interacting with people- they have a steady follow of work.

      Cons

      I wonder if I have enough room; The Account Managers are all rude and greedy. The other recruiters internally are catty and unhelpful. It's either sink or swim if you don't have the adequate personality (it's all about personality- NOT job qualifications as a recruiter) to get far in this place. Management hoards knowledge and skill-set development for fear that they may lose a recruiter to competition. Commission is borderline illegal at 70% in order to make a 2% commission..... YES You read that correctly. No benefits, no retirement, no vestment.

      Pros

      None. Seriously there are no pros. Except for those who can barely speak English, have zero personal skills, no one would ever hire you, then Winston will.

      Cons

      Everything is a con. The management is the worst you will encounter, unless you have an in with the family that runs company or one of the managers. Favors to those who they like. A boys club I was told by another employee who stays but almosts quits every other day. Don't work here. You will regret it.
