Concern for student improvement and achievement. Advancement opportunities in which the university are currently pursuing are incredible.

Pros

The students are the heart of the institution, the comraderie between colleagues who have the same interests in the students is awesome.

Cons

There are personal agendas all over the campus, many people are only concerned about status or a maintaining job, the morale is low, and bullying occurs. This was not the case about 3-4 years ago.
