Good morale and strong growing company. Good savings account to generate interest. If you stay busy, show up every day and have a good attitude, you’ll thrive.

Cons

Lack of 401k. Employees are expected to buy $2000+ stocks (which do generate an impressive amount of interest) as an alternative version of a 401k program for saving retirement money.

Some people were quite supportive. I don't know how I would have survived without their help in some extreme situations.

Cons

This workplace has nothing good. It was a horrible waste of time. Job security is poor, as people can be fired anytime for no reason by the awful management. The pay and benefits are ridiculously low, especially in the current times. The management doesn't care about anyone, and it's not a secret. Their terrible behavior drives people away. Far, far away!
