Pros

The company needs a lot of people for this position they even give out bonuses when you sign up!

Cons

The yelling and insults were the worst for me aside from the discrimination and disrespect I've experienced from the customers and even from the managers. They were horrible!!!

Pros

Work/life balance was pretty good.

Cons

Talks a big game that they take care of employees but this was not my experience. Company has a very libertarian ethos. It's everybody for themselves. Claim you can make your own way and grow, but those that do, at least in the Shared Service group tend to run afoul of management. Terrible benefits: no 401k, crappy insurance, no maternal leave for new mothers. Pay is all over the board. Many are over paid, most are under paid. In the stone ages technology wise with no interest in improving. Unrealistic expectations from the C-suite resulted in folks at the lower levels getting fired for not delivering at least once that I know of in my tenure. Seemed like every other month someone you thought would be there forever was getting let go for nebulous reasons. Departments fight for resources and refuse to help each other because they can't afford to cannibalize their own initiatives. Stock purchase is forced down your throat, you can make money, but the general belief is that you can get rich off of it as many long timers have, but the current pricing is untenable, several thousand per share, which most can't afford and can't possibly appreciate to the levels required to make any millionaires. Sexual harassment, sexism and emotional abuse are both rampant in some areas and management ignores complaints if the culprit is company loyal. Bottom line, if you're a conservative, can negotiate salary in your favor, and can get in the boys club it might be for you. Otherwise expect low pay and poor treatment.

Pros

No weekend or night work

Cons

This is the most dysfunctional place that that I have ever worked. Mark the owner will promise you the moon and stars and then leave you hanging on your own. He does not stand by any of his promises. There is no leadership, training or direction in this place. The favorites can do whatever they want. The owner is cheap and is only concerned with how much money he direct into his own pocket. Stay far, far away from this place.
