The salary was a reliable aspect, which I could count on throughout my employment.

Cons

Mu supervisor was a showboating egomaniac who was more interested in impressing his superiors than in helping his team. He rarely gave feedback, and when he did, it was usually negative and unhelpful. I never got a clear idea of how I was doing my job, and I was constantly left wondering if I was doing well or not. The work itself was also very demanding. We were constantly under pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines, and the workload was often overwhelming. I felt like I was constantly running around, trying to keep up.
