There is no good reason to work at this company.

Cons

They pay you very little to do very hard work. They make you work, mandatory overtime all the time and if you don't do it they will terminate you. It takes about six months for them to consider making you a full time employee. The managers do not care about their employees

The management is filled with unprofessional and rude people. Instead of being approachable, leadership is often avoided by the employees because most managers are toxic and disrespectful. There's constant yelling in the workplace because of managers humiliating and verbally abusing the employees.
