Opportunities around every corner and a very supportive, growth-oriented management team. It is possible to make a life-long career with this organization if you are enthusiastic and willing to put forth the effort. Profit-sharing and the ability to buy stock in the company are added incentives.

Free Breakfast on Friday. Decent Pay. Insurance coverage has zero out of pocket cost.

Cons

Senior Executives are all about putting money in their pockets, even if that means taking it out of those of loyal employees. There is always something sneaky going on behind the scenes that even some of the managers aren’t made aware of. Although they claim to be a “family”, they will replace you before your chair even gets cold. There is no 401K. You are strongly encouraged to give money back to the company every paycheck yet the company rarely gives back to you. Winsupply gaslights their employees.
