      Pros

      Working with a knowledgeable team, good insurance, paid vacation, opportunity to purchase stock in the company, offer a Win Savings account, opportunity to donate to tax free Wincares, opportunity to travel and meet co-workers across the country.

      Cons

      If you are looking for an 8-5 job, this is not the company for you. A lot of office politics. If someone isn't getting the job done, they just move them to another department and wash their hands of them instead of dealing with the issue.

      Pros

      Benefits are paid in full, flexible hours, no micro-managing, you can go as far as you want with the company just depends on the work you are willing to put into it.

      Cons

      Complicated business takes some time to understand it, no 401k but there are stock options

      Pros

      Not many to speak of. Some of the people are okay, but they are not truthful.

      Cons

      This company has horrible healthcare benefits, and no 401k. Their technology is 30+ years old and they have no plans to change. If you like programming in RPG and other lame tech then this place is for you. If you are looking for a job, look elsewhere. They tell you one thing about it being a family organization, but only if you have been there for 20+ years does it mean anything. Don't trust'em.
