      Great Opportunity for the "right person" in the "right situation" with the "right mindset" and "realistic expectations".

      Pros

      Great place to work if you go into it knowing "The Deal". You can make a lot of money, but most companies do not make the numbers they recruit with. You are your own boss and make a lot of local decisions within limitations.

      Cons

      You are not the final say! You are not an entrepreneur as they claim, you are a manager who is expected to get results working 60 hours a week for a tiny salary. Your true compensation comes from Profit Sharing and Dividends (if you can afford to buy the privately held stock of the company you run). Don't forget: Win owns the majority state in all Local Companies and will make the final decision in most strategic situations.
