Cons

I was fired for speaking to someone in corporate about my interest in opening a new company. They always are promoting their "spirit of opportunity" however they don't seem to be interested in opening any new companies.

An entrepreneurial and results driven positive spirit will thrive and become an autonomous company president. One can secure a prosperous life. Women are especially welcome and numerous have become affiliate presidents.

Cons

If one focuses on results he or she will advance. If the one is a standout leader, the affiliate president will sponsor the employees growth. The best move ahead.

Pros

The best thing about the company is that each year in December they give around $30,000 to a few employee families in need. The employees donate the $ throughout the year and the President matches the donations. Local company employees are eligible for profit sharing bonuses. All employees can participate in the employee saving plan that pays an excellent rate.....better than banks and 401k.

Cons

Not all employees are eligible for profit sharing bonuses. Women and minorities will NEVER make it to the top, so don't waste your time trying.
