Pros
Health benefits were ok and there were a lot of kind people
Cons
Leadership severely underperformed. First layer or two of workers do all the work, understand all the content and the managers refuse nor want to learn. From there - the disconnect leads to questionable projects and advancements as the leaders are not involved and it leaves the team members wondering why certain initiatives are even being brought to the forefront. The company has lost many good employees because of a few very toxic leaders and it was quite sad to see because they could have been the future of Wintrust. Turnover in this department is high because people either leave because of these few individuals or the company hires new folks that stay for a few weeks or months, see how bad it is, and leave. My mental health (and others that are still at the company) suffered by this dramatically.
