Fellow employees are very friendly and willing to assist.

Cons

Very nit picky about everything from what you wear to how you even speak to various individuals. Training is extremely weak and the leadership would rather cut an employee than invest in their future by providing proper training to do the job given.

Terrible compensation and will only pay $5,000 for tuition reimbursement per year.

Pros

Benefits are decent and there’s good brand recognition for when you move on to a better workplace.

Cons

Absolutely hideous leadership structure, particularly in Bank Operations where the leadership from the top down is so toxic that they seem to almost enjoy making staff miserable by working them half to death, providing no support or investments in efficiency, and then telling you that you don’t work hard enough or see the big picture. It’s a game to them and the staff is afraid to say too much because if the team gets low engagement scores, they blame the team leaders who actually care about you. Best to just leave.
