The benefits are decent and the onsite gym is good enough.

Cons

Not a big bank but some of the culture is certainly overly corp and might feel big bank-like in some departments.

We appreciate you leaving us a review. While Wintrust is a community bank, we are on the larger size of community banking and therefore departments may be working on things at a larger scale. However, we do actually operate with more flexibility in our decision-making processes in comparison to some of the corporate competitors. We also strive to provide closer relationships with our customers, where they can be more involved and receive a personal relationship with our banking and customer service teams.
