2yWe appreciate you taking time to leave us a review. We do put plenty of time and effort into getting our employees the proper training and leadership that they deserve and are glad to hear that our employees are benefiting from our training program.
Although service time does allow for a more in-depth employee review when it comes to promotions, it is not the only factor that we consider.
