Pros

Pay is decent. Rotational program allows you to meet many different people at the bank.

Cons

Commercial banking Chicago. Bank feels like a frat house from the 1980s. Racist. homophobic. misogynistic. Bunch over former frat boys who couldn't make to IB.

Pros

Friendly people, structure, decent facilities

Cons

Aging systems, tenured VPs with focus on maintaining status quo, nepotism somewhat prevalent. Slow moving, routine workload. Lack of transparency with leadership. Feel like a cog in the machine

Pros

Great benefits Healthcare, 401k, stock options etc.

Cons

Poor communication and not great pay. Also, Wintrust used to be fantastic about making employees feel appreciated and that has changed significantly in the last couple of years.
