The company is very family oriented and allows for a good work/family balance. The benefits and insurance are great, as well as the people that work here.

Cons

Salaries are grossly underpaid.

Wintrust really cares about their employees.

Cons

Sometimes management is not very polite and seems like you can't pick certain days off due to seniority which i was not happy about since i had a trip plan before I started the job. Managers should consider their employees more and not have too much turn over in this department.

Actual people to work with are great, very team-oriented. Best community bank out there for Chicagoland area.

Cons

Too much responsibility for little compensation in almost all departments. IT support is not knowledgeable for most part. Overall behind in technology.
