WiredTree is willing to hire those without experience as long as they know Linux and are good problem solvers. Some of the front line managers are really helpful and knowledgeable.
Cons
12 hour shifts can be brutal. No holidays off for those on shift. Human resources not very good. Initial training a bit haphazard. Pay a little low.
