A place to start but not stay

Pros

WiredTree is willing to hire those without experience as long as they know Linux and are good problem solvers. Some of the front line managers are really helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

12 hour shifts can be brutal. No holidays off for those on shift. Human resources not very good. Initial training a bit haphazard. Pay a little low.

So much to do in WiredTree and various types of responsibilities. You get to learn a lot... unfortunately the company was sold...

Cons

Pays little less for what you do... managers were not that great before. Last manager was amazing. I believe WiredTree would be even better under his management.
