Fun and relaxed work environment, good benefits and the management does not tolerate people that just show up to collect a paycheck. Anyone that doesn't keep up with the rest of the support staff is disciplined or let go. This is exactly how you run a business.

The work can be pretty hard from time to time and it can be a bit stressful.
The company offers young people who may not have the credentials on their resume opportunities which is very great in some scenarios. I had no problems with most of the staff however how certain people treated me left a nasty taste in my mouth.
Cons
The pro can be a very good thing for smart people but it can also be a burden on the rest of the hard working staff.
