Pros
There are some good people I had the pleasure of working with. They are the best part about that place and the opportunity to interact with students who want to change their lives.
Cons
The passion gets sucked out of you by feeling under appreciated by the management. There are no chances for raises based on merit or education. There is so much transfer of staff it’s hard to keep up with who is doing what. The HR department is HORRIBLE they might as well only exist to do payroll because there is no support from them what so ever. Management is unorganized, you hardly know sometimes what you are expected to do. The whole management needs an overhaul if you ask me.
