Great new facility [with cafeteria], quiet work area for people who are willing to work hard, I have enjoyed all my time there, I feel as if I'm making a difference with my work

Cons

This type of environment and my job is not cut out for everyone. This is not necessarily a con but you must be interested in accounting to like this job

Very flexible with time-off and scheduling. Good opportunity to learn a lot about various tax types as they apply to a variety of industries. A large portion of management is close to retirement age so there should be many opportunities for advancement. Employees seem eager to help one another.

Cons

Salary ranges are a little low. Management can be bureaucratic. Some employees have poor worth ethics and bad attitudes.
