Phenomenal Attorneys working to improve state tax administration!

Pros

Ability to work on cutting edge tax law issues such as: nexus between companies and states; unclaimed property administration, audit, compliance. The other attorneys are also very knowledgeable and lack the cut throat mentality I have seen at other firms. Madison is a great place to raise a family and transition as a lateral attorney.

Cons

The city of Madison can become somewhat hot in the summertime and very cold in the winter. If you are not used to snow then you may want to stay put.
