Pros
Gave experience working remotely and seeing how badly it can go if the department is not organized. They had many months to build online training and failed yet expected everyone to get up to speed.
Cons
Boss spent zoom meetings asking us to guess her age and berating employees continually. She played with raises by telling people they needed more training thus you did not get two weeks in a row production to get a raise. All she cared about was talking about her pontoon boat and retiring in eight years. There was plenty of time to set up remote training and it was obvious this was not done...made for long confusing days.
