Benefits are the only reason.

Cons

Terrible management. Some are great. If you’re stuck in a bad unit, good luck. Wasted the last year of my life here. Went through months of training only to have everything completely change because of my lead worker.

When your shift ends you are finished.

Cons

The culture is cutthroat. There is a network of "in" people. The logic used by leadership has been skewed by the pandemic. You are expected to perform tasks you were never trained to perform. The compensation is poor and you have to pay to park in the lot.
