Co workers and supervisors were always willing to help out and support you

Cons

We are so glad you enjoyed your coworkers and supervisors. The environments you describe are very concerning. We encourage all staff to communicate any issues with their supervisors so they can be addressed. We wish you well in your new role.

Pros

The children are wonderful to work with

Cons

Very low pay. Your hours are cut if a client cancels (which will happen all the time) and you are not paid for these hours either. This location allows their workers to smoke drugs in the bathroom with clients. They allow their workers to work with the kids if they are inebriated. There are people that have worked at the oak creek location for 5+ years and they make the same thing as a new hire.
