Been working in this company for little more than 2 years now. I still remember that day when I was almost tired doing the same thing over and over again in my last organization and looking for a company that provides variety of work opportunities. I want to thank my senior members for giving such creative freedom.

Cons

Long working hour sometimes is very stressful and I feel little in low in work-life balance.
