Pros

I worked here for almost 3 years and I had pretty good experience with the people of the organization. There're so much interesting work to do and so much fun with peer team members. The work environment was very good and my team members were very cooperative.

Cons

Hard to recall one - everything was pretty perfect.

Pros

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing good about this company.

Cons

1. Worst Management 2. No structured chain of command 3. Unethical salary structure 4. Haphazard training period and no support when actual work starts (management wants you to perform just like that without giving you these basic things) 5. No fixed timings (not joking at all, you'll have to stretch upto 12-14 hrs daily) 6. Management doesn't care or listens to suggestions or opinions of the employees 7. Women harassment 8. Repeated requirements given without much gap between them 9. Insufficient information or sometimes zero information given about the requirements assigned to you 10. Management doesn't trust you to give you proper credentials on the ATS Honestly DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL END UP REGRETTING IT.

If u want to build your career plz dont put an effort to join. New rule everyday. Fake promises. Lots of Pressure. No humanity. Women harassment.
