Some of our events were fun, but nothing worth the day to day work environment.

Cons

CEO and management are disrespectful and horrible to workers. Told multiple employees that they couldn't go to their church or mosque during religious holidays because of work. There is zero trust, they are always watching and assuming. My mental health was very poor because of this job.

It's a kind of small library, we can learn a lot. Also, People here are very friendly and supportive they're always ready to help. There is no internal politics like other companies, You can show your stuff & get incentives and promotion. The Beauty part is, they are offering onsite opportunity within a year. They're providing fruit salad & sleeping kit for employees. My salary got increased 40% after completing two months. Work atmosphere and everything is good. If you perform well, you can get an incentive & Salary hike for sure.

Cons

I felt difficulties while parking my bike.
