Excellent work culture. Right place to grow along with the organization. Boost ups with good incentives and on-site opportunity for the decent performers too. I believe, no company provides two on-site opportunities in just two years except Wisdom, within two years of joining them as a fresher. Very transparent process. Added advantage is they provide homemade healthy dinner at free cost.

Cons

No cons as per my perspective. Right place to grow from a fresher level with good career growth and interpersonal skills.
