Pros

Good place to work overall. Fully remote work. Flexible, nice leadership team. They discourage long work hours and treat employees with respect. ESOP plan is rewarding for employees and gives them sense of ownership.

Cons

There are better employers out there that give better bonus plans and better benefits. Wise won’t reward based on performance. They will overwork you unless you speak up and complain. Leadership team has their favorites.
