In fact, we were pleased to welcome a record number of new hires last month. We also are committed to open communication through monthly Company meetings, supplemented by regular staff meetings within each Practice and one-on-ones between managers and employees. And we are making positive strides in evolving and improving the experience of our employees, including a comprehensive review of our benefits offerings and other key programs (such as paid time off, etc.).
