Cons

Startup/fintech model with flattish structure is not for everyone. There is competition for visibility and autonomy / lack of clear reporting lines.

Supportive colleagues, meaningful work, yearly Mission Days conference.

Cons

Bait and switch paternity leave benefit. Made a big song and dance about it being 18 weeks and then unilaterally reduced it to 8 weeks with no prior consultation. No gender equality to be found here.
