      Good work some toxic leaders less compliance culture

      Pros

      Good projects lovely teams good focus on customer centric products and services. Lovely new office.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency around career progression when you don’t have a supportive manager. Leadership just make decisions without your knowledge about the future state of teams. It’s very hard to get promoted here. It’s better to keep moving teams when you’re ready.

      Pros

      Its a job in a tough job market. The benefits are standard for a tech company .

      Cons

      Low salary, Work isn't respected unless you're in the UK/EU. They recently closed a US office without notice and laid off hundreds of people. No one in Austin actually likes their job or working for the company unless theyre brand new.
