      Good benefits, solid amount of PTO and sick time, cool people

      Cons

      You need to request PTO over a month in advance and you dont get your schedule for the following month until about a week before (if even). The metrics seem unreasonable at times.

      Benefits are slightly better than most US positions. In particular PTO and 401k match are pretty decent.

      Cons

      Poor communication, poor leadership, poor pay, poor opportunities for advancement in the Tampa location.
