Leadership is selfish and disconnected from their workers. Laid off an entire office to promote "culture" in Austin

Good for getting your foot into the door of finance

-good benefits -good direct team leadership -fun and friendly coworkwers -good work life balance

Cons

-cult-like obsession with a company culture of toxic positivity from higher leadership -RTO means you no longer have flexibility in working environment. The offices are packed like sardines -higher leadership is extremely micromanagy. Changes are rolled out without consulting key stakeholder teams, leaving multiple departments to scramble for information to even do their jobs - pay is not competitive, and even if it was, it's not worth extended time or effort into a company focused on the bottom line. Take the skills the job teaches and use them elsewhere

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I do hope you were able to pass on your feedback before you left. We believe that in-office collaboration is key to building successful teams and fostering a culture and environment for people to collaborate and do their best work. That’s why we expect employees to live within a commutable distance and come to the office regularly - at least 12 times a month on average. There's still plenty of flexibility there though and this year we are expanding our space in all of our key locations.
