Pros

Great culture, lots of smart people to learn from. Staff genuinely care about the mission and the work we do. Sociable vibe and lovely modern office.

Cons

More growth opportunities, sometimes it feels hard to know when you might progress or how you get there.

Control culture

Pros

- Smart, talented people across the business - Good learning opportunities if you like structured execution - Clear expectations and high standards - Office and Snacks - Benefits

Cons

- Restrictive Brand, they don't have guidelines; they have rules. - Creativity and experimentation are often discouraged unless backed by strong data - Work can feel heavily controlled, with limited autonomy and frequent rework - Some teams operate with a strong fear-of-failure culture - Feedback and collaboration can be inconsistent — politics/ego can outweigh expertise - Process maturity varies a lot, and resourcing is unbalanced - Stress and burnout risk are real in some teams - Pay progression is slow (you may not feel recognised or rewarded for delivering)
